Welcome to PixelVision. By accessing or using our IPTV service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Service Provision and Reseller Status
- PixelVision operates strictly as a reseller of IPTV services.
- We do not own, manage, or maintain the servers or networks used to broadcast content.
- We do not stream, host, or broadcast any media or channel data from our own servers.
- Service availability, channel lineups, and Video on Demand (VOD) content are managed by third-party providers and are subject to change, temporary disruption, or removal without prior notice.
2. Single Device Limitation
- Your subscription with PixelVision is strictly for one (1) single device only.
- Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices under a single subscription is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account or M3U/Xtream Codes credentials with others will result in immediate suspension.
- If our system detects multiple simultaneous connections, your account will be permanently banned without a refund.
3. Refund Policy
- We offer a full refund policy valid strictly within the first 24 hours after your purchase timestamp.
- To qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team within this 24-hour window.
- Refund requests made after the initial 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Setting up external equipment or local network issues do not qualify for an extension of this 24-hour window.
4. Technical Requirements and User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device and a stable internet connection.
- We recommend a minimum stable internet speed of 25 Mbps for smooth HD and 4K playback.
- PixelVision is not responsible for buffering, freezing, or service interruptions caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or local network setup.
5. Acceptable Use
- Our services are provided strictly for your personal, private, and non-commercial entertainment.
- You agree not to rebroadcast, restream, resell, or publicly display any content provided through PixelVision.
6. Limitation of Liability
- PixelVision, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations of the third-party streams.
7. Modifications to Terms
- PixelVision reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the website or service after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
